ABOUT The programs of the institute are designed to fit into the domestic hobby healthy house makers needs as well targeted to suit the commercial requirements. Certificate programs are short programs focussed on specific product categories. These would benefit housewives, students, children and the persons who want to be familiar with bakery practice & wish to hone their skills and expand knowledge on specific areas of interest. Fees include use of bakery facilities, materials and learning from highly experienced bakery experts with vast knowledge base and practical skills.
