  • Experience in the operation and reagents need of clinical laboratory equipment such FACS Count, FACS Calibur, Cobas Integra and Olympus AU400

  • Laboratory analysis of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and medical devices including gloves, condoms and test kits.

  • Competent in the use and trouble shooting of laboratory instruments and equipment including HPLC, UV/Visible, FTIR, GC, AAS with the ability to design and developments methods using these equipment.

  • Capable of designing specifications and evaluating literature and tenders for the procurement of laboratory equipment, reagents and consumables.

  • Ability to evaluate medicines registration dossiers in a regulatory environment using international standards such WHO, ICH, ISO, FDA, EMEA and CODEX.

  • Communicate effectively having intuitive ability to take management decisions and writes logical and coherent technical and managerial reports.

  • Experience in Quality Assurance auditing according WHO/GMP and FDA inspections scheme for pharmaceutical and allied products manufacturing industries.

  • Responsive in achieving set targets through effective resources and material allocation and planning using statistical and project management tools.

  • Have working knowledge of USG/PEPFAR donor programs in relation to HIV/AIDS supplies and logistics systems

  • Understands USAID funding cycles and contracts execution processes.
