Vanilla | 1 | 10 |

Baking powder | 0.5 | 5 |
Procedure
1. Cream fat and sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Whisk egg with vanilla and add to the creamed mixture.
3. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to cream and mix to a dough of piping consistency adding milk if necessary. Mixing operation should be carried out just sufficiently so as to avoid undesirable gluten development which may hinder piping process of cookies.
4. Pipe the mixture through a large star nozzle in the shape of’ buttons on to a greased baking sheet. Put a dot of jam in the center of each star.
5. Bake at 200 deg. C for about 15-18 min.
