The program is chosen for commercial requirement as well as domestic hobby healthy homemakers needs. You shall be taught to prepare above mentioned products yourself in the institute. Classroom theory and demonstrations shall be followed by the IBCC sessions. In this course you shall learn to make the best of cream filled cakes, dessert cakes, with different filling, shapes, and quickness in presentation, to add variety.

Level 1: Cappuccino Gateau, White Chocolate Cappuccino Gateau, Cappuccino Walnut Gateaux , Chocolate and Mint Gateaux, Exploding Chocolate Gateau, Almond and white chocolate gateaux with bitter chocolate glaze, Strawberry White Chocolate Gateau.
Level 2: Tropical Torte, Fresh Fruit Torte, Chocolate Mousse Torte, Triple chocolate mousse torte, Strawberry and White Chocolate Mousse Torte, Chocolate torte, Chocolate Mirrored Torte, Bittersweet Chocolate-Almond Torte, Sachertorte, Passion fruit torte, Passion Fruit Cheesecake Torte.
Level 3: Mango and Raspberry Charlotte (“ice-box cake”), Lemon Cheesecake, Mandarin Cheesecake, Chocolate Walnut Fudge, Clear Fruit Glaze for Cakes, Strawberry Sensation, Chocolate Bavarian, Jaconde (Chocolate Mousse Cake).
Level 4: Chocolate Pastry Wedges, Flaky Cheesy Herb Pastry Wedges, Cinnamon Pastry Wedges, Feta-Herb Puff Pastry Wedges.
