The program is chosen for commercial requirement as well as domestic hobby healthy homemakers needs. You shall be taught to prepare above mentioned products yourself in the institute. Classroom theory and demonstrations shall be followed by the IBCC sessions. Eggless Home Baking Course (EHBC) is one such program where egg is eliminated and the best substitute is used for various different products. The training shall expose the participant with practices, theory of baking and technical tips.
